A departure from the typical four-storey apartment typology suggested in the Cambie Corridor Plan, this development takes advantage of two fronting streets to create a stacked townhouse form with a centralized courtyard. The project is comprised of 15 urban family-oriented townhouses over a single level of parking below grade. The architectural character suggests a modern aesthetic that blends grey and white tones with a material palette consisting of cementitious fibre cladding and concrete panels.
