1151 West Georgia

Vancouver, BC

Conceived as a singular pure triangular plan form rising from the ground plane with a graceful 45º spiral, the development, undertaken in association with MCMP following Arthur Erickson's concept, is Vancouver's second tallest tower, its twisting form inspired by a requirement to respect one of the City's protected views.  At 63-storeys, the tower contains a 164-suite hotel and 218 residential units.  A swooping roof caps the first four storeys of hotel public space linked to conference facilities.
