This 45-storey high-rise residential tower with ground-oriented townhouses development is located on the edge of the Brentwood Town Centre neighbourhood. The project consists of 341 residential units of varying types and sizes creating a diverse mix and well-balanced community living for individuals and families. In addition, there will be 63 units that are designed to be adaptable suites. The site is immediately adjacent to the Skytrain Millennium Line Guideway and is in close proximity to Holdom Station.
