Coquitlam, BC

The two-tower development with a new YMCA facility near the Burquitlam Skytrain Station will consist of a 52-storey residential tower for market sale purposes and a 33-storey residential tower with rental residential units. The development will be approximately 590,000 sf of residential density and will add close to 800 residential units to the neighbourhood. The project will be constructed on a portion of the existing Burquitlam Park and a partial reconfiguration of the street network along the western edge of the parcel.
