This new development brings 161 units of housing for families and seniors including a seniors’ drop-in centre, community service space, and 10,800 sf of retail to the neighbourhood. The client, S.U.C.C.E.S.S, will also partner with the YMCA to provide a 6,450 ft² child care facility within the building.
