Kettle Housing Society's 16-storey LEED Gold certified tower provides one hundred forty-one 320 sf housing units to address the challenge of the region's at-risk urban singles homelessness. The project provides a 7,875 sf residential amenity area along with 13,530 sf of space for Family Services of Greater Vancouver's "Directions" program for youth.
