This LEED Gold for Homes Mid-Rise project managed and operated by RainCity Housing and Support includes 30 emergency shelter beds in single rooms, 30 transitional self-contained studio suites with bathrooms and kitchens, and 30 extreme weather dormitory-style shelter beds, as well as amenities, counselling services and socialization programs.
