This project is a mixed-use sustainable community that is to be the Village Centre for the overall Master Planned development of the Musqueam Nation lands in the University Endowment Lands at UBC. The project is comprised of 3 buildings arranged to form the edges of a major public plaza. Surrounding the plaza at ground level are retail uses with residential units above.
