The development consists of a 20-storey residential tower containing 207 units, predominately 1-2 bedroom units with four 3-bedroom penthouse units at the uppermost floor, four ground-oriented city homes, and three levels of underground parking. The architectural expression of this project at Wesbrook Place Neighborhood at UBC has a unique campus context bound by forest to the north and east, and responds to the contrast between the natural dynamic of the forest with its wall of trees and the vast energetic ocean.
