This is a seniors living complex immediately adjacent to the existing
Tsawaayuus complex care and supportive housing facility in Port
Alberni. This facility will make it possible for the Society to provide a
greater range of housing opportunities for the community by extending
their facilities to include senior's independent living.
The development contains 20 one-bedroom units for seniors with
indoor and outdoor amenity space designed to reflect the Indigenous
culture and local West Coast heritage of the region.
