The Burnaby Lake Village development is a new 18.8-acre mixed-use, high-density neighbourhood being developed by Sperling Limited Partnership in tandem with the new City of Burnaby Bainbridge Urban Village Community Plan. The Burnaby Lake Village Master Plan is rooted in the principles of transit-oriented development, complete communities, and a dynamic public realm and mobility network. The redevelopment intends to activate the site’s full potential, being located directly adjacent to the Sperling-Burnaby Lake SkyTrain station, by introducing a hub of multi-modal connections and anchoring a vital mixed-use community at the gateway to the wider Bainbridge Urban Village. At the centre of the broader Bainbridge Urban Village, Burnaby Lake Village is positioned to become the heart of a new community – a place to live, work and play.
