The Burnaby Lake Village development is a new 18.8-acre mixed-use, high-density neighbourhood being developed by Sperling Lim­ited Partnership in tandem with the new City of Burnaby Bainbridge Urban Village Com­munity Plan. The vision for Burnaby Lake Village is for a vibrant and exciting place, a diverse and connected community that supports Burnaby’svision for a sustainable, resilient future.
 
The Burnaby Lake Village Master Plan is rooted in the prin­ciples of transit-oriented development, complete commun­ities, and a dynamic public realm and mobility network. The redevelopment intends to activate the site’s full potential, being located directly adjacent to the Sperling-Burnaby Lake SkyTrain station, by introducing a hub of multi-modal con­nections and anchoring a vital mixed-use community at the gate­way to the wider Bainbridge Urban Village. At the centre of the broader Bainbridge Urban Vil­lage, Burnaby Lake Village is positioned to become the heart of a new community – a place to live, work and play.
