The proposed development consists of a 22-storey high-rise residential tower with ground-oriented urban lofts fronting Alaska Street with garden suites that walkout onto the landscaped podium. The one-bedroom lofts are designed to address the streetscape along Alaska Street with individual private entries. In total, this project will consist of 164 residential units of varying types and sizes to accommodate both individuals and families.
